The hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and luxurious services and facilities. the exceptional service was reflected in the warmth of the staff, who were always willing to help. the private facilities were exclusive, and the room had a sun terrace, which was a real standout feature. the restaurant offered special diet menus and packed lunches, catered to my needs, which impressed me. I felt pampered with the treatment room and treatments like body wraps that I signed up for.
The lack of a spa and wellness centre, something I would have liked to have seen in this hotel. the absence of this one aspect was a bit of a downer and prevented me from experiencing the full range of services available in a luxury hotel.
